Your experience at Burns Graphics, Inc. will begin with a consultation with a member of our professional sales staff. Your representative will work with you to develop a full understanding of your needs, and will help you bring your vision to fruition. Once a general outline of your project has been decided upon, you will receive a prompt and comprehensive computer generated estimate. This ensures that there are no hidden costs to you, and all changes can be agreed upon before production begins.

Once all of the terms of the estimate are agreed upon, your project will be sent to our graphics arts department. Our artists can accept client supplied artwork in the following transfer methods: CD-Rom, Zip 100, FTP, and E-mail. They will use the latest in graphic design software to create dynamic artwork to apply to your product of choice. Software currently includes, but is not limited to:

Upon completion of the artwork, you will have the opportunity to review the proofs and discuss any changes with your sales representative. This step allows the client to get a visual representation of the final product, and make any changes accordingly. Once the art proofs have met with client approval, the project will then be sent to our production area.

Production, Offset Printing Operations:

We have acquired machinery from all over the globe for use in our production facility. Why? Because each machine is the finest available, for its intended purpose. Each press in our inventory is process/size specific.

   Heidelberg: GTO F.P. 14" x 20" 5 - color offset press
   Shinohara: Fuji 65 IIP 19" x 25" 2 - color offset press
   Ryobi: 3302M 13" x 17" 2 - color offset press

Post-Production and Finishing Operations:

After your project has made its journey through the Pre-Press and Production areas, it's on to the Finishing Department, which is where it all comes together, literally. Operations such as bi-folding, tri-folding, saddle stitching, and shrink wrapping will bring your vision into its final form. We'll then box and deliver, or drop ship, your order to its final location.
